Throughout my career, I have built a strong network with regional distributors and retailers. My hands-on approach is my key asset, enabling effective collaboration with teams and partners. I excel in leadership, strategic planning, expectation management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, achieving financial and sales goals, and optimizing operational and entrepreneurial efficiencies.

General Manager - Singapore
With over 20 years of experience in furniture retail across the regional market, encompassing Malaysia and Cambodia, Vincent played a key role in expanding the retail presence of Four Star in Singapore and Malaysia. His hands-on experience provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the entire production and business cycle.
Cecilia Chin
General Manager - Malaysia
With over 19 years of experience in the Retail Industry, Supply Chain, and Property Management, Cecilia is currently leading the expansion of Four Star Mattress business in Malaysia. Her responsibilities include overseeing the establishment of new showrooms, penetrating the market, optimizing supply chain logistics, and tailoring product offerings to align with the preferences of Malaysian consumers.

Finance Manager
With over 15 years in the finance industry, he has been a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) since 2009. His extensive experience spans both public and private sectors, where he has played a key role in finance system migrations, business mergers, and acquisitions. He also specializes in managing day-to-day financial operations.
